Cypress and Spansion Announce Joint Presentation and Webcast at the Credit Suisse Annual Technology Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., December 1, 2014 – Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) and Spansion (NYSE: CODE) today announced that they will webcast a joint presentation at the Credit Suisse 18th Annual Technology Conference on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at 11:00am MT in Scottsdale, AZ. T.J. Rodgers, Cypress’s founding president and CEO, and John Kispert, Spansion’s CEO, will both present on behalf of the companies.
