If this is an international shipment, please note that you may be contacted by the shipper (DHL, Fed-Ex etc.) or your local customs authority for exemption documents (academic institutions are exempt from customs duties in many countries).  If any customs duties or other fees are levied, it is the responsibility of the receiving institution, not Cypress to pay these fees.
