General Description

The Cypress CYBLE-0130XX-00 modules are fully certified and qualified modules supporting Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless communication. The CYBLE-0130XX-00 modules are turnkey solutions that include onboard crystal oscillator, PCB Trace antenna, passive components, 128-KB serial flash (CYBLE-013025-00 only) and the Cypress CY20737 BLE silicon device.

The CYBLE-0130XX-00 supports peripheral functions (ADC and PWM) and serial communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI). The CYBLE-0130XX-00 includes a royalty-free BLE stack compatible with Bluetooth 4.1 and provides up to 14 GPIOs in a 14.52 × 19.20 × 2.25 mm package.

  • Footprint compatible with CYBLE-x120xx-0x module family
  • Castelated solder pad connections for ease-of-use
  • Temperature range: –30 °C to +85 °C
  • Up to 14 GPIOs
  • 128-KB serial flash memory, 60-KB SRAM memory (CYBLE-013025-00 only)
  • 32-bit Cortex-M3 processor
  • Programmable output power from –20 dbm to +4 dBm (steps of ± 4 dBm)
  • Bluetooth 4.1 qualified single-mode module
  • Certified to FCC, CE, MIC, and ISED regulations. Refer to KBA219623 for RF certification test reports
  • CYBLE-013025-EVAL EZ-BLE™ Module Arduino Evaluation Board to evaluate and develop applications on the EZ-BLE WICED Module
