AN205003 - F2MC-8FX Family Li-ion Charger Based on CY95F223

This application note describes Li-ion Battery Charger based on LPC MCU CY95F223K and CY39A134, CY95F223K is a SOP16 package MCU, which integrates functions, like composite timer and 8/10 A/D converter, on chip; the CY39A134 is a DC/DC converter IC for charging Li-ion battery, which is suitable for down conversion, and uses pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling the charge voltage and current independently.This document mainly describes the hardware and software design to implement this Li-Ion Battery Charger.
