Project #010: Bluetooth Low Energy GAP Observer
Recall, a GAP Observer is a Bluetooth Low Energy device that constantly scans for nearby Advertising devices, can read the Advertisement and Scan Response Packets from these devices, but can not establish further connections.
A good application use case of a GAP Observer could be in the case of a Bluetooth Low Energy virtual fence, which sits and observes for nearby devices. Another application use-case could be that of an iBeacon scanner.
This example also includes a UART Component that will be for debugging purposes. The UART simply displays the result of the scanned Advertisement and Scan Response Packets from nearby Bluetooth Low Energy devices that the Observer sees.
