
Cypress Systems’ philosophy is to support our customers every step of the way — from installation to commissioning to maintenance. Our job is not done until we deliver sustainable tangible savings and improvements for our customer’s business.
Installation and Commissioning
Every product we offer comes with full site survey, installation and commissioning, and user training services. All necessary hardware and associated services such as Wireless Range Extenders and Blue Box Receivers are included for every point installed. Our goal is to deliver a completely working solution at our customer site.
Warranty
Every product we sell comes with a full one-year parts and labor warranty. Cypress Systems monitoring of battery status, product status, and potential communications packets are including during this period, so that proactive service can be provided to our customers.
Maintenance, Calibration and Extended Warranty Services
After the initial one-year warranty, customers may elect to purchase our Extended Service Plan. This plan includes all calibration, battery changeout, software maintenance updates and any parts and labor in the event product repair or replacement is required.
Monitoring Service
We operate a central monitoring center which can receive and log data collected by Cypress Systems products to augment the customer’s own monitoring where required. Our optional monitoring services are customized per customer needs, which may include detection of trends, creating statistical process control limits and notification, predictive maintenance dispatching etc.
