If you cannot resolve an issue by using our KnowledgeBase, open a case for our Support Team. You will be assigned a case number that you can use to view your case at any time. You will also be notified by email whenever there is an update, and will be sent a separate email to mark the closure of your case.

Customers requiring complex and/or extensive design assistance should be prepared to engage third party consultants. As a service to our customers, Cypress maintains a list of independent consultants that have been certified and have demonstrated competence in Cypress products. This list is available online at:
