Traveo S6J342x Auto Standard ARM® Cortex®-R5 MCU

S6J342x features 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an ARM® Cortex® - R5 core and operates up to 132MHz with high performance, maximum 1MB flash memory. This MCU provides high code density and fast interrupt response times which is required for real-time applications. This embedded device enables next-generation functions such as Controller Area Network with Flexible Data rate (CAN FD) and eSHE (Enhanced Secure Hardware Extension) security module.
 

Key applications for S6J342x 32-bit RISC microcontrollers, include the automotive central body controller which supervises and controls functions related to the car body such as lights, windows, door lock and works as a gateway for CAN and LIN networks. Power management includes many different power rails that makes the design of the power supply a critical task when trying to design for size, cost and efficiency. The safety MCU based solution and are certified suitable for use in systems that need to achieve IEC61508 SIL-3 safety levels.
