MirrorBit Technology Enables Leading Chinese Set-Top-Box OEM to Address Market Demands

BEIJING, March 26, 2007 -- Spansion Inc. (Nasdaq:SPSN), the world's largest pure-play provider of Flash memory solutions, today announced that it has received the Best Partner Award from Inventec Group. With the fast development and availability of digital TV services and content, the set-top-box market is growing rapidly. For a more secure and convenient user experience, operators, content providers and consumers are now demanding more advanced features in set-top-box products.
