A signal chain, or signal-processing chain, is a series of signal-conditioning components in a mixed-signal design that are used for analog signal acquisition, processing and control. A programmable signal chain is a modern method for implementing signal chains using programmable analog integrated with programmable digital logic and a high-performance CPU. This new methodology provides unique and easy-to-implement solutions for mixed-signal embedded design.
The webinar will explore this new design methodology as exemplified by Cypress's new PSoC® 3 and PSoC 5 programmable system-on-chip architectures. Attendees will see how these architectures, powered by the PSoC Creator™ development software, uniquely solve mixed-signal design challenges. The webinar will conclude with a detailed question and answer period to address participants’ applications and designs.
