Cypresss CEO and CFO to Address Upcoming Investor Conferences

SAN JOSE, Calif., November 11, 2005 - Cypress Semiconductor Corp." (NYSE: CY) today announced that its president and CEO, T. J. Rodgers, and its chief financial officer, Brad Buss, will discuss Cypress's products and strategic outlook in presentations at four upcoming investor conferences.
Rodgers will address the Lehman Brothers' Global Technology Conference at 10:00 a.m. PST on December 9, at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
Buss's three conference presentations include the Raymond James IT Supply Chain conference on November 15 at 1:45 p.m. EST, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City; the UBS Communications Conference on November 16 at 10:30 a.m. EST at New York's Grand Hyatt Hotel; and an 11:00 a.m. MST presentation on November 29 at the CSFB Annual Technology Conference, being held at the Phoenician Hotel in Scottsdale, Ariz.
