SAN JOSE, Calif., April 4, 2012 – Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (Nasdaq: CY) will announce its first-quarter 2012 earnings on April 19, 2012 and will discuss them in a conference call on Thursday, April 19 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time.
