Cypress to Address Three Investor Events in March

SAN JOSE, Calif., February 23, 2006 - Cypress Semiconductor Corp." (NYSE: CY) today announced that it will be making presentations at three investor conferences over the next few weeks to discuss Cypress's financial and strategic outlook.

Cypress Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Neil H. Weiss, will speak at the Raymond James 27th Annual Institutional Investors Conference on March 6, 2006 at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time. The event is being held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

On March 7, Chief Financial Officer Brad Buss will speak at the Morgan Stanley Conference at the St. Regis Monarch Hotel in Dana Point, Calif. His presentation will be at 8:45 a.m. Pacific Time. Buss is also presenting at the Citigroup Small & Mid-Cap Conference on March 15, 2006 at 10:05 a.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas.
