Cypress to Address Morgan Stanley Technology Conference on March 2

SAN JOSE, Calif., February 25, 2009 – Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: CY) today announced that its Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO, Brad Buss, will be making a presentation at the Morgan Stanley Technolgy Conference to discuss Cypress’s financial and strategic outlook. 

The presentation will be held on Monday, March 2 at 1:35 p.m. Pacific Time at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. A webcast of the presentation will be available live and on-demand through Cypress’s website at, and will be archived for two weeks.
