Cypress to Address Morgan Keegan Technology Conference on August 11

SAN JOSE, Calif., August 7, 2009 – Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: CY) today announced that its Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, Neil Weiss, will be making a presentation at the Morgan Keegan Technology Conference to discuss Cypress’s financial and strategic outlook. 

The presentation will be held on Tuesday, August 11 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. A webcast of the presentation will be available live and on-demand through Cypress’s website at http://www.cypress.com/investors, and will be archived for two weeks.
