How to interpret the ESD numbers 'ESD=2200V ESD=500V'
How to interpret the ESD numbers "ESD=2200V ESD=500V" given in QTP report?
There are different class (Level) of ESD for which semiconductor chip provides safety or it can withstand up to that level without any damage. Here ESD=2200V means, this chip can withstand ESD due to the 2.2KV potential difference between chip and other object, same concept applies to 500V ESD.
