Difference Between CY2544 and CY2545
What is the difference between the CY2544 and the CY2545?
The main difference between the CY2544 and CY2545 is that the CY2545 has I2C and the CY2544 does not have I2C. So accordingly, the CK3/FS0 (pin 8) and PD#/OE/FS1 (pin 9) of the CY2544 gets replaced by SCL and SDAT respectively. The CY2545 has up to 8 outputs and CY2544 has up to 9 outputs due to the SCL pin, so the output numbering is shifted. Besides that difference, they are the same part in form, fit, and functionality.
