who can tell me , the fx3 how to detected the speed,
oh,you may not understand my question.
My fx3 board linked to PC,but PC treat it as a USB2.0 device,so the speed is slow.
My PC has a USB3.0 interface.
Are you using a custom board or the DVK?
What firmware have you downloaded onto FX3?
I have encountered the same probelm.
My PC enumerates other USB 3.0 device as a SupterSpeed but it enumerate the FX3 DVK as a HighSpeed device.
I tried with UVC FW and default WestBridge FW.
UVC FW -> view with USB device viewer:
Current Config Value: 0x01 -> Device Bus Speed: High
default WestBridge FW -> Cypress Control Center:
FriendlyName="Cypress USB BootLoader"
That is strange. With the DVK you shouldn't be seeing this. Please create a tech support case (MyAccount -> MyCases) so that one of our engineers can take a look at this.
I using a custom board.
I have the same probelm.
using the Control Center, then the window is showed
the result is is different from Control Center User's Guide .
And I can not use the I2C boot option
The board's EEPROM is 24LC512 and the download fw is C:\Cypress\Cypress SuperSpeed USBSuite\bin\CyBootProgrammer.img
I setting the PMOD[2:0] is F1F ( I2C, on failure, USB boot is enable)

First you must confirm that your PC has the interface of USB3.0 .
If not,you can buy a PCIE Adpter Card.
