How do i build the NRZI decoder and encoder using the blocks in PSoC Creator.
Wasn't the encoder a shift register, an xor and a D-FF?

A LUT is one approach as well.
Would be another chance to create a component.
I forgot to mention, for a given application, Verilog the optimal
approach, in a specific fabric and application. Of course Verilog
has to be up to snuff.

I'm sorry, that picture I created just on-the-fly with my limited knowledge of NRZI. No Project, no component (yet).

Show the NRZ-I and Differential Manchester for the following bit pattern.

Assume that NRZ-I signal starts with negative polarity and for Differential Manchester assume first transition for 1 is Negative-to-Positive.
