Hey everyone, I got stacked with PIR sensors, I want to try it in simple proj. like - sensor caught some movement and LED turns on.Here is my project.
To be honest, a brief description of "what works and what doesn't" would help. And what kind of board are you using? Did you measure the input to the pir pin? Did you test your logic by applying a logic high voltage instead of the pir?
I've tried to use button instead of PIR, everything works if set drive mode - resistive pullup and drive state - low. I have pioneer kit - cy8ckit042. Probably problem is in that state and mode.
Here is a program that uses PIR sensors. It has some extra items but should work for you.

Depending on the PIR output I would try using High-Z digital drive mode.
You must unzip the file before you can load it into Psoc Creator.
