CY8CKIT-049-42xx Prototyping kit does not program
I have the following problem. I have CY8CKIT-049-42xx Prototyping kit. I haven't program it yet, since I was developing my application using the pioneer kit. Now I want to use this one. I have MiniProg3 and I have soldered a pin strip to the board to make the connection. I have double checked the connection between the actual pins on the CPU and the pin strip. The settings on the Miniprog I am using are:
Connector: 5 pin
The error message I got is: There was an error applying settings to the device. The device may be in use by another application.
I have Status light and target power LED on, while the first one is flashing with high frequency (similat to eth card on a PC while receiving a signal).
I have read the documentation about how to program using the MiniProg3, but it seems that the device is not recognised by the Creator.
I haven't used the bootloader option through the USB, I will focus on that one. I was hoping to use the MiniProg to program the chip just like the other kits - click on Program and it is done :)
Any help will be greatly appreciable!
