I have an old-ish vhdl book, "VHDL for Programmable Logic" by Kevin Skahill. Old-ish: ok, 1996.

Anyway, the Warp 4.1 software appears to work only on very old Windows (95, 98) - and all my Windows 10 pc's won't run it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Apart from posting here which is the forum for the website presentation I cannot see what exactly your problem is. Do you want to use Warp Verilog to program PSoCs? A compiler is already included in your Creator IDE software package and can be used to program the UDBs.

thanks; sorry if this is not the right place to ask. I thought maybe someone, an instructor perhaps, would have experience with any updates. I have a demo board with IDE suite from another vendor, but wanted to try this Skahill / Cypress 'WARP' out since it accompanies the textbook.  I have an inquiry into support, maybe that's the road diverging in the middle of the woods I should have taken first :-)

I will pass on your question to an Engineer and ask him to respond here as well.

Thanks
