Hi guys.

Would you please kindly advise me which clock ic can suit as below application? parameter: peak - peak 0.8v 16M frequency  sine wave input and 3.3v square wave output.  thanks very much.

Unfortunately Cypress does not have any clock buffer or generator that will work reliably with 0.8V peak-peak sine wave input. You need to match the Vih (2.0V min) and Vil (0.8 max) specifications for the input for the available devices. A Sine wave is not an issue and can be used which meets the Vih and Vil specs as the phase detector compares the reference and feedback on the rising edges.
