Re: Arduino Friendly PSoC Shield http://www.cypress.com/?rID=59770 Arduino shields are additional daughter boards that sit on the existing Arduino board to prpvide funtionality such Ethernet and XBEE interface. I believe that the university is trying to make PSoC5 boards on to which the Arduino shileds can fit and provide the added functionality. This was you do not need additoinal shileds for PSoC5. The already available Arduino shileds can fit int to the custom PSoC5 board.

Re: Arduino Friendly PSoC Shield http://www.cypress.com/?rID=59768  I have heard of arduino boards. but arduino shields are relatively new to me. By "PSoC friendly arduino shields" do mean that those boards which provide additional functionality for an arduino based platform are being enhanced to be compatible with a PSoC based platform also?
