Cypress addresses these demands with its FullFlex Dual-Port SRAMs, which can operate at frequencies of up to 200 MHz. FullFlex Dual-Port SRAMs provide high performance with enhanced features to ease system design, such as the following:

  • Selectable I/O standards (3.3 V LVTTL, 2.5 V CMOS, 1.8 V CMOS, and extended high-speed transceiver logic (HSTL) (1.4 V to 1.9 V))
