The FM25V01 and FM25VN01 devices have a problem with the sleep mode function. Some devices will not exit sleep at Vdd voltages within the specified operating range. Worst case is at high VDD (3.6V). The failing voltage will be lower at cold temperatures. This does not affect operation if the sleep function is not used.
