The PSoC family consists of many Programmable System-on-Chip with On-Chip Controller devices. The CapSensePLUS CY8C20X37, CY8C20X47, and CY8C20X67 devices have fixed analog and digital resources in addition to a fast CPU, Flash program memory, and SRAM data memory to support various CapSense® algorithms.
