China NDA: This form is in both Chinese and English. It is for use in China. It can be used as a recipient NDA or as a mutual NDA. Multi-Party NDA: This form is to be used where there are three parties involved in the discussions. The most typical situation is when Cypress is engaging in discussions with a potential customer and they also need their subcontractor to be involved in the discussions. Credit NDA: This NDA is used when the credit department needs to gather information from a debtor as part of the debt collection process or to set an appropriate credit limit. Mutual NDA: This form covers the situation where Cypress will disclose information to another party, and may receive information from that same party. Both parties consider the information that will be disclosed to the other to be confidential or proprietary and both want to protect it from unauthorized disclosure or use. Recipient NDA: This form covers the situation where Cypress will provide information, which we consider to be confidential or proprietary, to another party, and we want to protect that information from unauthorized disclosure or use.
