USB to DMX512 Converter - AN45022

This application note describes a USB to DMX512 converter device. This device is connected to a PC's USB port and functions as a DMX512 network master. The GUI application is controlled by the user to send data that is transferred through the DMX512 interface. This application note also explains the major aspects of the USB device and the DMX512 operation. In addition, an example of the communication between the GUI application and the USB to the DMX512 converter is provided.
