The OvationONS II Laser Navigation System-on-Chip family is Cypress Semiconductor's second-generation laser navigation product family. It integrates Cypress's advanced Opticheck™ laser navigation engine, a PSoC® system-on-chip, and a power system into a single device.
The result is a complete navigation System-on-Chip (SoC), including laser sensor, USB, and MCU functions, creating the market’s first true Mouse-on-Chip solution.
The device's architecture is structured such that the laser navigation sensor and power system are treated as functional blocks under control of the embedded PSoC.
