Async Fast SRAMs

Cypress offers broadest portfolio of Fast Async SRAM devices, with product offerings ranging from 64-Kbit up-to 32-Mbit. Fast SRAMs are available in industry-standard voltage, bus-width, and package options. Fabricated using Cypress’s high-performance CMOS technology, these devices offer fast access times (8-12ns) which makes them an ideal choice in applications such as switches and routers, IP-phones, test equipment, DSLAM cards, and automotive electronics. Cypress Fast Asynchronous SRAMs are available in Industrial and Automotive temperature grades.
