F-RAM Parallel

Cypress Parallel F-RAM memory offers high-speed symmetrical reads and writes directly to the F-RAM cells. This technology requires no support capacitor or battery for charge transfer on power fault. The data is instantly nonvolatile on each write. They use standard SRAM timing signals and specifications and standard JEDEC interfaces.
