Maximum Lead Temperature and Maximum Time for Soldering

Question: What is the maximum lead temperature to be used for Cypress parts for soldering? What is the maximum time for which the part can stay in the temperature range of +5 degC?

Response: Refer the below table for maximum temperature and maximum time for soldering for Cypress Lead and Lead free parts.
