Question: What is a PMDD? How to download the PMDD?
Response: Package Material Datasheets identify all substances contained in Cypress parts by package. PMDDs also confirm the absence of many banned substances. The information in the PMDDs will help Cypress customers plan for recycling or other "end of life" requirements. Go to www.cypress.com, Design Support >> Packaging link. Select “Package Material Declaration” in the Select Information type pull down list to access the PMDD documents for various packages.
