Latency in QDR-II+ / DDR-II+ devices

Question: Is QDR-II+/DDRII+ read latency user selectable?

Response: QDR-II+/DDR-II+ read latency is not user selectable. It is offered as two different devices with read latency of 2.0 cycles or 2.5 cycles respectively.
