Power supply difference between QDR-II and QDR-II+

Is there a difference in the power supply between QDR-II and QDR-II+?

No. For both QDR-II and QDR-II+, VDD is 1.8V+/-0.1V, and VDDQ is 1.8V+/-0.1V or 1.5V+/-0.1V.
