Programming Times of CY22801

How many times can you program both the volatile as well as the non-volatile memory of CY22801?

The non-volatile memory of the CY22801 can be programmed only 100 times that is guaranteed. The CY22801 does not have I2C pins for any of its configurations to program to the volatile memory which usually can be programmed infinite number of times.
