What socket adapter should I use to program CY2291 and CY2292 on Data I/O programmer?

To program CY2291 on Data IO programmer, a special adaptor called CY3080 can be purchased from Emulation Technology.  The ET ordering part number is:

AS-20-20-01S-3-MS-CY3080

To program CY2292 on Data IO programmer, a special adaptor called CY3079 can be purchased from Emulation Technology.  The ET ordering part number is:

AS-16-16-04S-3-MS-CY3079
