The CY2545 and CY2547 are same in form, fit and functionality with the only difference in their operating voltages and output driver voltage for Banks 1, 2 and 3. The CY2545 works with 2.5V, 3.0V and 3.3V while the CY2547 works with 1.8V only as the core voltage and the output driver voltage for Banks 1, 2 and 3.
