Replacement Device For The ICD2051SC-1

Is there a cross-reference or replacement part for the ICD2051SC-1?

The closest replacement devices are the CY22150 and CY22393. Their jitter and output frequency characteristics are much better than the ICD2051. However, they are not drop-in replacements and their serial programming protocol uses I2C.
