Cypress Manufacturing Ltd. (CML) is Cypress's state-of-the-art assembly and test facility, providing high-volume products in various package configurations. This facility opened in 1996 and has maintained ISO / TS 16949 certification since 2006, ISO 14001 since 2004. This 230,000 sq ft building with about 1300 employees has a manufacturing area of 128,500 sq. ft. including 60,130 sq. ft.. clean room space. |  |

Cypress Minnesota Incorporated (CMI) is Cypress's 8 inch 90nm wafer fabrication facility (Fab 4) acquired in 1995 and has maintained ISO / TS 16949 certification since 2006, and ISO 14001 since 2004. This wafer production facility has clean room space of 80,000 sq ft.with about 500 employees. Fab 4 produces Cypress's proprietary PSoC, SRAM and specialty product. |  |
