Let me start by saying welcome to Cypress.com and thank you for stopping by.  The Cypress web team lives to serve your need for everything Cypress including documentation, part information, inquiries etc... 

We aim to provide the best do it your self experience possible for our customers, partners and investors.   We are continuously improving the site based on your feedback and recommendations. 

In an effort to further this work we have set up this blog as a way to let you know what we are working on and also to hear back from you on how we can improve.  

Please don't be shy; here at Cypress we prefer honest opinions and get bored when not challenged so let us know what you need and we will make every effort to make it happen.  We actually get excited about great customer satisfaction :-) 

Each week I'll update you on things happening on the site and seek your advice on improving them.  You might find it useful to subscribe to the RSS feed for this blog so that you get updates as we post - you can do this by simply clicking on the RSS button on the right hand side of this screen.    

I'd like our first post to highlight one of the things we have recently released; the more comprehensive part detail pages on our site.  We're never done but we are trying to get you as much data as you need all in one place on all of our parts. 

The new part pages now include all of the following information:

• Technical Documents (Datasheets, Application Notes, PCNs, Technical Articles etc...)
• Packaging (Package type, No. of Pins, Carrier, Pack Quantity, MOQ and Order Increment)
• Quality & PB-Free Data (RoHS Compliant, Pb-Free, Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) and Peak Reflow)
• Inventory (Links to purchase parts from our Cypress Store or distributors)
• Support and Community (Links to forums, knowledge base and training)
