Spent most of this week in San Antonio at the FIE Conference. Over 500 professors from 41 states and 26 countries. I took PSoC over to the Alamo ...
Here are some other pictures from around the Alamo. It is much smaller than most people think! For those of you who do not know the story, the battle of the Alamo started the process of liberating Texas from Mexico in March 1836 The Texans lost that battle but ultimately triumphed over the forces of Generalissimo Santa Ana. The Alamo is the most visited tourist site in all of Texas. And finally - Jim Bowie and his famous Bowie Knife

Here's some trivia ... You may have heard a song by the Doobie Brothers called "China Grove". Turns out China Grove is a suburb of San Antonio. Next time you hear from me I will be rembering the Alamo. Have a great weekend!

Cypress was at ESC Boston last week - here are some pictures: Derek and Jim getting ready for the conference. Meng Is a Cypress application engineer. Here she is demonstating various PSoC powered kits. I will be at UC Sant Cruz next week - stay tuned.

Texas A&M 9/15: Lots of travel this week. It begins in College Station Texas home of the Aggies! They are the first university to hear about PSoC3/5 the day after it has been announced! TAMU engineering have a multitude of projects in the wings that can take advantage of the “no excuses analog” and digital functionality of the new generation of PSoC that includes 8051 and ARM Cortex M3 technology.

On the way to ESC in Boston if you are going stop by the Cypress stand to see the new products. Cypress CEO T. J. Rodgers will be giving the keynote speech Wednesday morning at 9:30. Hope to see you there!
