NoBL

Cypress No Bus Latency (NoBL) Burst SRAMs have been specially designed to eliminate the bus turn around delay associated with switching between Read and Write operations. The NoBL SRAMs are popular in the networking and communication, as well as Test Equipment applications. Like their Standard Synchronous Burst SRAM counterparts, the NoBL SRAMs too are offered in the flow-through as well as pipelined SDR architectures. In the burst mode the customers have a choice between linear and interleaved burst modes.
