 does PSOC5 creator supports inline assembly?

 Yes, PSoC5 does support inline assembly, but i would recommd not to use as it is too complicated. 

1. Open Workspace explorer and right click on source files folder

2. Select "new item" and choose "GNU ARM assembly file"

3. Write your assembly code and compile.

If you google "inline asm gnu" you will find a number of references

as well.

I worked with many different assemblers till now, but I still refused working with a three-address-assembler like in an ARM Cortex M3. I am darn sure that a compiler will be able to generate more dense code than my hand-manufactured elaborates.
