I suspect you already tried to get a license from Keil and inserted it in the appropiate place.

I suggest you type the word "license" into the "Keyword Search" field right here at the top of the browser-page. This will give you some answeres to this problem from which you can select what fits best to your issue.

the Keil License you may change a new one

It looks like you have not added the Keil license to Creator. Get the free Keil license from Keil website and add the received license to Creator. Once, the license is registered with Creator you shouldn't see the issue.
