I have looked at the data sheet of CMX649. As per your posts above, the interface that you are targeting is one data line along with the clock line. This serial interface can be implemented using GPIO bit banging since this serial interface runs at max of128Kbps.

You can go with FX2LP if you are ok with 1-bit ECC NAND flash. Please refer to the following page to get more details of this product.
