Compiling USBSuite C++ applications with VS2010 EE

I have managed to compile the streamer application after Visual Studio 2010 migrated the solutions file from that supplied in the latest version of the USBSuite but it doesn't run. In the Degug output I get the following error message: A first chance exception of type 'System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException' occurred in mscorlib.dll...

Evidently the issues is with the .resX file. Help!
