Is FX3 able to generate DP with EoB=0 ?

Hello. Is FX3 able to generate Data Transaction Packet with EoB(End of Burst bit)=0? At our system, FX3 generates Short Packet(Data TP with 512byte on USB3.0) when PC(host) generates IN req TP. At the time, EoB bit is 1 on the Data TP . In the case, We found that some host controller (ex uPD720200) stops next IN req TP until the device(FX3) generating ERDY TP, and other one(ex uPD720202) generates next IN req TP without ERDY TP. While, some device(I used some USB3.0 Memory Card Reader/Writer) always generates Short Packet with EoB=0. In the case, both host controllers generates next IN req TP without ERDY TP. We don't want to use CyU3PUsbSendErdy API because it causes side effects. If FX3 can generate Short Packet with EoB=0, this issue is solved. If it is possible, please tell me how to set descriptor or configuration.
