How can I create a install package(like "cy3684_ez_usb_fx2lp_development_kit_15.exe") using Installshield12 ?

Now,I have cyusb.sys and cyusb.inf files with my  execute programme just like cyconsole.How can I create a install package(like "cy3684_ez_usb_fx2lp_development_kit_15.exe") using Installshield12 ?

pls show me step by step method.be grateful to  it.
